Flying
I finally decided that it was time to learn how to fly. I went to the Staes for a visit and went to Lee's Summit airport and booked a flying lesson. I loved it so much that when I got back home I started taking lessons at Cambridge.
I've successfully made my solo flight and it was fantastic. It was probably one of the best landings I've made yet. I think it was because I didn't feel the pressure of having the instructor sitting next to me.
Now I have to start my navigation. I'm really looking forward to it.
Flying the Pitts Special was brilliant. I did loops and rolls. I didn't want to get out of the plane on landing. I put the plane into a spin as it is not required during my training and wanted to be able to recover. Although, I managed to recover it, I can see why it is not required any more.
